  • “Affiliate / Agent” – A user or entity referring students to Triangules for commissions.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, academy, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Users with internship and job-assistance opportunities

While we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences, you understand and agree that:

  • Coaches are independent providers, not employees of Triangules (unless explicitly stated).

  • The content, style, and outcome of coaching are influenced by the coach’s experience and student participation.

  • Results may vary based on individual effort, background, and market conditions.

6. Internships, Jobs & Career Assistance

Triangules may offer:

  • Internship opportunities

  • Job assistance or referrals

  • Interview preparation, resume help, and career guidance

However:

  • We do not guarantee any specific internship, job, salary, or career outcome.

  • Final hiring decisions are made solely by companies, partners, or employers.

  • Any timelines or outcomes mentioned are indicative and not binding.

You are responsible for evaluating and deciding to accept any offer, internship, or job.

7. Payments, Fees & Refunds

If you purchase courses, coaching, or services:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at checkout or agreed with our team.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (if you have one, link it here).
Where no separate policy exists, all payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly communicated in writing.

Triangules is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, or currency conversions.

8. For Coaches, Partners & Affiliates

If you are a Coach, Partner, or Affiliate, additional terms may apply through separate agreements (e.g., Partner Agreements, Affiliate Terms, or Coach Contracts).

You agree to:

  • Follow the guidelines, code of conduct, and quality standards communicated by Triangules.

  • Not misuse student data or contact students outside agreed terms for unrelated promotions or unsolicited offers.

  • Accurately report information and not misrepresent Triangules or its services.

Triangules reserves the right to:

  • Approve, suspend, or remove coaches, partners, or affiliates from the Platform.

  • Adjust or terminate payout structures with prior notice, as per applicable agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, videos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Triangules.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may:

  • Use the Platform and its content for personal learning and non-commercial purposes only.

If you create content (e.g., assignments, projects, or feedback) on the Platform:

  • You grant Triangules a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve our services (e.g., anonymized case studies, testimonials, etc.), subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share (including comments, messages, files, or posts).

You confirm that:

  • Any specific result, internship, job, or career outcome will be achieved.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Triangules, its founders, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service related to the claim (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
